Terms of Service

Thanks for using MyLinkHub. These Terms of Service describe the rules for using our platform. By creating an account or using MyLinkHub, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of application
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") of IT Duo — Ibragimov & Krupa GbR ("we", "us") apply to all use of the MyLinkHub platform accessible at mylinkhub.de.
1.2 A "consumer" within the meaning of these Terms is any individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. All others are "business users".
2. What MyLinkHub provides
2.1 MyLinkHub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that lets you create a personal "link-in-bio" profile page — a publicly accessible card containing your links, social media profiles, bio and other content.
2.2 We offer a free Basic plan and a paid Premium plan with additional features. The current feature list for each plan is shown on the Pricing page.
2.3 We make every reasonable effort to keep MyLinkHub available around the clock, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
2.4 We reserve the right to add, change or remove features over time. We'll notify users of significant changes in advance.
3. Your account
3.1 Registration is free. You'll need to provide your name, e-mail address and a password (or use Google Sign-In).
3.2 You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.3 Your account is personal — don't share it with others. You're responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
3.4 You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately at info@mylinkhub.de if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Premium subscription
4.1 The Premium plan is a subscription renewed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 A contract is formed when you submit your order and payment is confirmed by our payment processor Stripe.
4.3 Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. We never store your full card details.
4.4 Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date through your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal.
4.5 If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its retry policy. Persistent payment failure may result in downgrade to the Basic plan.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers
5.1 If you're a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
5.2 To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@mylinkhub.de before the 14-day period expires.
5.3 Exception: If you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal lapses upon activation of Premium.
5.4 If withdrawal is valid, we'll refund any payments received from you within 14 days, using the same payment method unless you've expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
6.1 You agree to use MyLinkHub in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
6.2 In particular, you must not:
- publish unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content or content that infringes others' rights
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- impersonate any person or entity
- use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
- attempt to disrupt the service or access systems without authorisation
- infringe the intellectual property rights of us or any third party
6.3 You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your profile. We don't pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 The MyLinkHub platform — its code, design and features — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You retain full ownership of the content you upload to your profile (links, descriptions, images). By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating your profile page. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
8. Liability
8.1 We're fully liable for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. For minor negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and only for foreseeable, typical damage.
8.2 We're not responsible for the content users publish on their profiles, or for third-party content linked from profiles.
8.3 We don't guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our control.
9. Termination
9.1 You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data.
9.2 Cancelling your account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription — please cancel that separately through the billing portal before deleting your account.
9.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, with immediate effect.
10. Applicable law & disputes
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you're a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
10.2 For business users, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered office in Schwarzenbek, Germany.
10.3 The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in such proceedings.
